Sounds like a specialty funeral home. Red Inc. is really the business in the taxed location that just can't make money. Black Inc. is your company in a low or no tax jurisdiction. Black Inc. provides services and products to Red Inc. that suck away any potential profits to the low/no tax place.

Better is doing business privately with no regime involvement, but we all go through phases in our lives.
