Hopefully this white dude has some connections to the UN or some NGOs to get money to get treatment facilities built. The short term solution would be water trucks and handing out filters to the populace but how long does it take to build a water treatment facility. Not to mention water lines and sewers, assuming those even exist.

You'd think hundreds of years of colonialism would have taught the White man by now, especially after trying the alternative a few times.

1.) Come to niggers, show them the superior intellect and technology, offer it to them in exchange for presiding over your country and its rich natural resources.

2.) Rule over niggers, embolden and empower niggers through exposing them to proper infrastructure and the fruits of civilization, improving the overall health of the nigger population.

3.) One of two things now happens:
a.) Niggers overpower White people through sheer numbers

b.) Internal or external White powers use bleeding heart arguments to overthrow white people

4.) Societal collapse within 5 years, back to abo Africa within 10.

I think China has the totalitarian boot figured out, but give it a few hundred years, and they too might find themselves in the same cycle we've found ourselves in Africa.

You will be surprised what a white man can do when he is not being opposed around each corner. He can solve it but the constant demands for bribes and cadre deployment will eventually force him to quit.
