The idea that any being capable of love or empathy, even one as flawed as a simple human child, would ever condemn a soul to endless trillions of years of burning alive as punishment for... anything... is simply abominable.

What towering spite, what unforgivable cruelty to take a thing you created, shaped every facet of flaws and all, and and doom it to suffer so for eternity.

If this version of God does exist then God is the greatest monster of all.

It is a fairytale meant to scare adult children into submission to the priests who invented it. If this doom was put forward by any other religion you would reject it as barbaric, unjust, and cruel. But people cannot smell their own stink, so they say. Here you are not noise blind, but belief blind.

If any human had said "Love me or I will burn you alive" we would know them to be evil instantly. But you have become so indoctrinated, so cowed by threat of pain, so utterly submitted to this tyranny, that you would defend this evil as if it were the height of goodness.
