Exactly, it's all modelling nonsense.
However garlic is undoubtedly good for you.
Same would prob happen with large doses of lemon and honey every 2 hours or so.

Use to take it for a couple of years 2020-22 then switched back to actual organic garlic (chinese i think - meh) and consume prob 8-10 big chunks daily both sliced raw in buns and lightly cooked at night.

I love garlic. I'll slice it up, throw it on a cracker with some cheese and hammer down.

I also like to chew on a clove and then tuck it like chewing tobacco when I'm sick. I just have this fear that I'll start smelling like those old italians.

People found out about a thousand years ago that certain foods are antimicrobial, antifungal and antiparasitic.

Everyone and their dog has known about garlic, citrus, chili, ginger, chamomile, honey and chicken broth in regards to treating coronaviruses like influenza.
