One meal a day at the end of the day.. start the day with exercise...
Your meal as raw as possible meat and veggies no bread no carbs lots of water so you don't snack when hungry just drink water fill your stomach move on.
I had the same problem and consulted a well known holistic practitioner, he said the cause was the abundance of high sugar fruits I had been consuming, and declared "fat doesn't make you fat carbohydrates and sugar make you fat," I took his advice and the problem went away. Link.
Typically I would purchase a couple kilos of bananas every week adds up to about six per day which were the largest single cause, so I stopped bananas entirely then when the hospital checked my blood they said I had a potassium deficiency and that I should eat more bananas .. so there is plenty of conflicting information.
You have to find out for yourself what you need to eat though.
Nutritional science can't be used as a "one style fits all" ideal. If that method worked then different diets wouldn't work (seemingly) at random for many different people.
Genetics play a large role. Look at your parents. A chick will mostly grow to resemble her mom, a dude his dad. Eat only one meal a day, in the late afternoon. 3 meals a day is ridiculous unless you are a farm worker.
NO BEER! Do something physical every day. Get a dog, that forces you to walk at least 3 times a day, and it's a good way to meet people.

Don't eat all the time. You don't need 3 meals a day + snacks.
