This was a fairly poorly drawn 4-panel comic, with a relatively normal looking guy in the first 3 frames... Said something like:

Panel 1: "I'm a homosexual, and because of it people treat me like crap. I don't understand why."

Panel 2: "Maybe there's some way I can show people that I'm just a regular person?"

Panel 3: "Oh! I know!"

Panel 4 shows him marching in a pride parade wearing feathers and with a dildo in his mouth.
