I can only speculate. Firstly, overbreeding the third world and mixing those with the first world reduces average IQ, and makes the human ranching operation a whole lot easier. Programming Whites to finance their own removal is really a no brainer. (literally, unfortunately)

Secondly, this type of parasite needs multiple hosts to thrive and do well. The more hosts, the more parasites supported. As a degenerate video game player, this 'overbreed/overproduce' theme is typically highly rewarded, as a reflection of the programming in our society.
