Read through the legal article of the lawsuit a bit. Basically they're suing him for saying his suspension/termination was caused by the Pfizer video, which they are saying is a lie and give a list of reasons why they suspended him. However, all of these reasons didn't happen within the two weeks between the Pfizer video and his suspension/firing. Which means they're of course lying about the reason as everyone could have guessed.
Everything after is breech of contract bullshit. I.E. you not allowed to work here, get paid, or contact employees, but your totally not fired and are still under contract so leaving and starting your own thing is unlawful etc. etc. etc.
