I missed the first tower collapse because I was showering for work. Missed the second collapse because I was commuting. No one was working at the office we were all watching the TV. I did get to see WTC 7 fall, and asked the room if a plane had hit that building that I wasn’t aware of. I then announced that this was an inside job, but no one was in the mood. I was the conspiracy guy in the office.

Tower 7 was the smoking gun for me. You don't get symmetric failure from asymmetric damage and it certainly doesn't start from the machinery room on the roof. That said, the idea that both towers would collapse in exactly the same manner seems absurd to me.

I saw the explosions you're on about. When I saw them later on Sept 11th, I knew they were charges that were used to topple the north tower aka controlled demolition. Also building 7 was brought down and wasn't hit by a plane. Again controlled demolition.
