Either he or his wife probably diagnosed it themselves on the internet. If you've had anyone with an authentic illness, it's the only way to keep them off the twenty ever changing prescriptions carousel designed to fuck them up until they die.

I think long covid is real. Several people I know were really effed up for a long time after catching covid.

I think many more people think they have long covid but they really have a vax problem.

But one guy who thought he had long covid but instead had a brain tumor really doest prove or disprove anything.
