Okay so I did not believe this story at first but I believe whomever translated this made some mistakes

I could not find any "elizabeth deburke" but however there is an elizabeth debruin who works for stryker medical which specializes in trauma care specifically transplants and operates in Ukraine with the red cross

They would be stupid to not harvest organs. Russia put out a fake video of them harvesting the organs from live healthy soldiers. Hopefully they aren't deeming people already dead when they have a chance of living a productive life. The problem is some people will end up being invalids and a drain on the economy forever. They're in a war and maybe their sacrifice is to die to save resources. Seriously injured people are a huge burden to everyone. That's why a large portion of warfare, like Ap mines are specifically designed to just maim people. An injured soldier who can't fight is better than a dead one to the enemy.
