I have a water bill on a separate irrigation line that I almost never use (it rains a lot). I guess it leaks a bit, cuz occasionally I get a bill for a dollar or so. The city is in league with a company that charges $5 . So I rarely pay that bill. Just wait for it to add up for 6 months and then spend the $5 to pay it.
