Kinda looks like Saint George overdosed.

He did. From what I understand he was doing something like a speed ball. The half life of the amphetamine is shorter than the fentanyl. When that starts to drop in the bloodstream, the depressant effects of fentanyl on respiration will intensify. Pinning the guy didnt help but when someone resists arrest for 10 minutes you have to pin him.

He should have never been let out of prison in the first place.

If you watch the full bodycam, you'll see Floyd pop something in his mouth while in his vehicle. He is stating "I can't breathe" while he is still sitting in his own vehicle, at least five minutes before Chauvin is on him.
