In order to quit consuming porn, you must know that the women you see were abused in childhood by pedophiles. They have severe mental problems and have no free will of choice. They were forced to become prostitutes. They need psychiatric help. Instead they are being exploited by Jews to make degenerate porn that no normal woman would ever do. To "quit porn" I use the same technique that got me off of binge drinking over 40 yrs ago, thus at age 32 I suffered a series of devastating hangovers, had a trip to the drunks tank and days later saw snakes swimming about in my drinking water .. Delerium Tremens is what.

Thus confronted with the choice of sinking ever deeper into the morass of alcoholism or getting away from drinking altogether I chose the latter, every day for yrs there after I would affirm within myself there was to be no drinking.

I do the same with porn which for a while was fairly benign but has now degenerated into filth, murder, rape, torture and child abuse on a massive scale insofar as hentai is concerned anyway, it is finished altogether and I don't ever intend to go back to it using the same rationale that got me off of drinking in 1982.

It's usually a lot harder to get drunk if you don't buy alcohol. If people are giving it to you, you may have to stay away from them.

A casual interest in stopping drinking alcohol will probably fail if you're a habitual drinker. Decide you're really going to stop, if you really are, then stop.
