Yes. This is new behavior, occurring within the last 2 weeks or so.

I'll re-upload something or link to something that is already there and it will 404.

Only common denominator so far is that it only seems to occur with the spiciest of memes.

I saw another user here use the term "shadow banned" to refer to the same behavior.

When catbox isn't working I try to hit it from a different VPN spot.
