I was just saying 400 "youths" is exactly what I would expect at a Chicago Carnival. IDK what "Armed Forces" has to do with it.

Could be Memorial Day coming up but the city holds the youth activities the weekend before so parents can spend the actual holiday getting drunk and sheeeit.
They do that in my town for all the big drinking holidays.
