Oh, hah. My dad bought K car when they first came out, too. It seemed pretty nice for a time, until that inevitable moment a few years later when the whole thing's planned obsolescence kicked in or something. It went from a pretty decent cheap car to just a total piece of shit nearly overnight. That was our experience, anyway.

I later bought a secondhand "fancier" Plymouth one, not having learned Dad's lesson [but it was only $1000, and it LOOKED nice]. That was the Plymouth Acclaim. Got to the point to where I shortened it's name to the Plymouth Lame. Junkyard gave me $150, which was nice of them, although it did still sort of run [enough to get it there under its own power].
