Say you own a mcdonalds and you hire a 12 year old to make burgers. What happens?

The kid can make a buger, but not very well and he doesnt give a shit unless you're yelling at him, and he can only make one at a time. When the dinner rush comes, he fucks up everything. But its okay, you have 3 adults on dinner. Kid makes his one burger at at a time. Production goes down slightly. Now you have to pay the kid the same but output is down. Prices go up a bit. A few complaints, nothing big coupons fix it.

The government now has a policy: you must hire more kids.

Now you have two kids and two adults. Dinner is a total mess and you're getting complaints. People stop coming in and spending. Now you have to raise prices and lower wages. Adult employees get upset. They have to babysit low output employees for less money and make a higher share of the burgers.

One of your adults quit. Now you have to hire a 3rd kid. Dinner falls apart and people are upset and stop coming. Now you cant cover the bills. The last adult has a coke problem and sees the sinking ship coming and bails.

Your resturant is now run by 12 year olds. It is lord of the flies. You lose your resturant.
