Wouldn't it be a shame if someone were to change the words "Jesus" and "God" on the sign to "Allah" and "Muhammad" and then send a pic around to all of the local mosques? Then just stand back and see what happens.

There is not one "global religious organization" that follows Christ and His teachings! Not one! The fact that they are a huge organization with a central "power center" is the proof that they have strayed from Christ's and His apostles teaching. Christ did not start an organization. The apostles did not start an organization. They did not have a main central office to pass down their "commands".
Each church was, and is still today, meant to be lead by the older men of That church. Concentrating the authority of a bunch of different churches in to one central location comes from greed and a lust for Power.
So, every organization that believes they are a Christian Church is wrong, and not following Christ's teachings.
Go find an independent, stand alone, church with knowledgeable, faithful Men for it's leadership. That will get you closer to what God wants.
