TLDR; he sells freeze dried beef cubes that can be stored frozen for more than a decade. The whole article sounded like a sales pitch. Those beef bags are pricey.

I'm out. Always have been, either on my farm or at the lake. I don't have livestock, but there's lots of venison on the hood around here.
