Stop policing black people if it doesn’t effect white people. You give them civilization by doing that, and they use the security civilization offers to breed like cockroaches. Extended argument. People are risk targeting. They target a risk level that is particular to them. If they haven’t reached their threshold risk they pursue riskier behavior like stealing, but also having more kids beyond their ability to support. If you demand having a risk free world where no negative outcomes can happen then they will keep going forever. You should either impose risk, or more hands off and ethical, not remove the natural risk that exists without your presence.
