You dont want everyone to earn the same— thats obviously crazy. You want pay to be based on productivity which serves the community. Some really effective engineers and managers should get higher pay because they can run a company more efficiently than the average worker. But nobody is 10,000x more productive than the average factory worker.
We need to limit the amount of compensation a person can have in this economy. We need to limit the amount of wealth a person can posses in this economy. And we need to remove the financial incentive from rent seeking behaviors like money lending, government work, landlording, entertainment, gambling, selling booze, etc.
How can it be a democracy when a kike with 50 billion dollars can buy politicians?
With the amish, wealth disparity is low but it does exist. People who are smarter or harder working have more than those that don’t. They just dont allow kike “financial tools”— that eliminates much of the source of disparity.
Too much competition and wealth disparity is bad for prosperity, just as too little is. If you allow some guys to make 140x what most people are making, this will favor the most corrupt, cut throat assholes imaginable and they will out-reproduce everyone else and the population will be full of cut throat assholes.
