I've had my fair share of issues in high school regarding bullshit like this, unfortunately for me, pops found it more important to maintain the image of the good family than to go after the assholes harassing me for stupid shit.

They'll lose. SCOTUS already ruled employment protections for transgenders in Title VII; I can't fathom that they would change that for Title IX (which may have already been done for the NCAA anyway).
