I see there are a lot of third party controllers on the market. Personally, I have always used only original controllers. I'm wondering if third party have any better features, or if it is only marketing that makes people buy those.
On Windows, I like the Joycons mapped to an Xbox layout (was healer main on FF14 for a bit). For switch emulation, third party controllers would give more headache than gameplay-perhaps has been resolved by Yuzu months later. It either wouldn't connect or stay connected so I just returned the few I tried and got the official.
