Feelings aren't wrong it's what you do with the emotions that you feel that's important. Let your honest feelings out to yourself and give yourself time to process them internally. I'd even go as far as to just record yourself vocalising what you feel and then listen back later.

Every situation is unique and, generally speaking, both feelings are perfectly valid in the aftermath of suicide.

I'm typically of the "the way out is the way through" sort of mindset when it comes to approaching this sort of thing and, if it helps the participant to work through whatever they're dealing with, then so be it.

They're likely to harbor at least the seeds of what may later germinate into anger over someone making the decision to take their life anyway. What better time to work through that than when, to borrow a blacksmithing metaphor, the metal is already hot.

How much anger does the person have? If its less than Killdozer, should be fine to let the pressure out that way.

Probably the best way if the one who died was extremely close to the one who's angry.

Nope. A few things to consider. It can be the person had a biological issue, a broken mind - that could not be fixed.

The survivor can feel pissed off they were put in this situation.

he was a high roller type that finally learned what we know, and it broke him. the old world rewarded him very well. the new world broke his mind, he committed suicide right along with the united states of america. the anger came easy for me.

[ - ] Sector7 1 point 1 yearMay 13, 2023 12:38:18 ago (+1/-0)

Did he give a specific reason?

[ - ] drstrangegub [op] 1 point 1 yearMay 13, 2023 12:46:13 ago (+1/-0)

well, he said that his new neighbors down the street were cia agents that were spying on him, and the hospital where his wife died of cancer, the mayo clinic in scottsdale, was a front where actors were pretending to be doctors and nurses. now, after covid, i'm inclined to listen to someone saying stuff like this. but in this case he just couldnt deal with the grief and loss and clocked out.

I wouldn't. People don't kill themselves out of spite.

[ - ] Fascinus 4 points 1 yearMay 13, 2023 01:52:29 ago (+4/-0)

People don't kill themselves out of spite.

Some do.

I've seen it.

It's not pretty.

3 friends of mine commited suicide over the years.

for two of them, i was basically the last person they talked with.

somehow, i dont feel too much grief, as suicide is such a stupi thing to do.

ive been suicidal most of my life.

its a wicked sickness.

its totally okay to get angry at the world to be such a piece of shit that good people are driven to this bullshit.

no need to get angry at you or them, but GODDAMMIT this world is a bitch sometimes!

virtual hug, brother.

do you own a (literal) punching bag?

[ - ] drstrangegub [op] 2 points 1 yearMay 13, 2023 11:31:50 ago (+2/-0)

i was thinking last night that i should get one.

[ - ] Artificial_Intelligentile 3 points 1 yearMay 13, 2023 11:34:45 ago (+3/-0)

be sure to get one thats not too heavy and the softer the better, old men joints cant take the impacts very well..

source: trained with a 45 year old former world champion.

and nice wraps and gloves are not negotiable!

i wish i had enough space for a punching bag!

[ - ] drstrangegub [op] 2 points 1 yearMay 13, 2023 11:35:23 ago (+2/-0)

thank you very much!

[ - ] Artificial_Intelligentile 2 points 1 yearMay 13, 2023 11:47:37 ago (+2/-0)

youre welcome brother.

be at ease. toast your lost one with some beers. nothing lasts forever, other than god. and god loves us. he knows that it was sickness who took your friend, not his own free will.

one day, humanity will free itself from satans shackles (shekels) and shit like that wont happen anymore..

[ - ] drstrangegub [op] 0 points 1 yearMay 13, 2023 11:51:33 ago (+0/-0)

yessir, i totally agree.

[ - ] paul_neri 0 points 1 yearMay 13, 2023 20:52:34 ago (+0/-0)

Disagree. The Government doesn't want people, particularly old people, to suicide because they create employment for people. Government and the Catholic Church is happy for us to suffer - preferably in silence and far from them!

[ - ] Artificial_Intelligentile 0 points 1 yearMay 13, 2023 22:30:55 ago (+0/-0)

the jEwish demons feed off of our suffering.

so its our duty to live strong and happy, and then end it before it becomes humiliating.

i hope i make it to 88 years, and am then still able to go out in style.

Grief.... AND PRAISE.

The US is great at the grief part.
Pays no attention to the praise part.
Spend more time celebrating, remembering, honoring, than being sad about it.

Look up Martin Prechtel Grief and Praise on whatever tube you like.

Anger wont make anything hurt less. Most cant use it for positive purpose.

[ - ] yesiknow 2 points 1 yearMay 13, 2023 04:53:31 ago (+2/-0)

"Anger won't make anything hurt less. Most can't use it for positive purpose."

Why would you say that?

[ - ] TheSimulacra 0 points 1 yearMay 13, 2023 12:14:00 ago (+0/-0)

Underlying anger is just sadness and fear.
Most people use anger for destructive purposes, not positive ones.
Is this not obvious?

[ - ] yesiknow 0 points 1 yearMay 13, 2023 22:02:19 ago (+0/-0)

It's not obvious. It's what you've imagined in your head as real. Count up how many homes there are in the world and understand that every person in those homes experiences anger. Your cowardice imagines violence instead of decisive action. You want to walk in and conquer a nation of pussies and that's not going to happen. You'd rather they resort to peacefully poisoning your food, because love and good vibrations won't disturb the ether.

I'm not surprised you're suicidal

[ - ] TheSimulacra 0 points 1 yearMay 14, 2023 18:54:46 ago (+0/-0)

So many ridiculous assumptions in your post, i wont even waste my time.

I am sharing help for someone who suffers with the pain of suicide, as i lost someone that way.

You are an ass.

[ - ] yesiknow 0 points 1 yearMay 15, 2023 05:11:30 ago (+0/-0)

Hahaha the meglomania of self importance is so common it has no value.

[ - ] paul_neri -3 points 1 yearMay 13, 2023 06:00:28 ago (+0/-3)

And how is this grief solution anger to be expressed? Shooting up a shopping mall? The Montana Crazie (OP) needs to explain!

[ - ] yesiknow 4 points 1 yearMay 13, 2023 10:10:45 ago (+4/-0)*

So in your mind, anger is shooting up shopping malls. Did you grow up in a sealed cardboard box? Because what you said makes you sound like you have some kind of brain damage. That oppression of all human beings you're practicing in your mind isn't human. It sounds like you hate humanity. Maybe you hate the word and all life. Maybe you should be sealed up in a cardboard box and out in the back of a closet to live your life because you're the one who's dangerous.

[ - ] drstrangegub [op] 2 points 1 yearMay 13, 2023 10:48:49 ago (+2/-0)

he is absolutely the one who's dangerous. but we're probably the bad guys because we are assuming his gender. flippin' morans.

[ - ] paul_neri 0 points 1 yearMay 13, 2023 10:17:02 ago (+0/-0)

yesiknow.

Please! I've suffered a lot of trauma on this site recently when my posting rights were severely curtailed. You lot no longer see good content due to my retirement from active posting.

Clearly you've not used anger to accomplish physical acts of strength.

Split firewood with an ax. Work your garden. Lift weights. Smash a sledgehammer on a tire. Push a vehicle. Load hay bales.

"Shooting up a shopping mall" is a retard take.

[ - ] paul_neri 0 points 1 yearMay 13, 2023 20:54:32 ago (+0/-0)

Thanks bob. I am no longer an angry person in the world.Getting old and growing potatoes does that.

[ - ] drstrangegub [op] 1 point 1 yearMay 13, 2023 10:40:08 ago (+1/-0)
