I made soap professionally, on an industrial level for several years. I was the top producer at the company. If you want to get an operation started, well let's just say that I'm happy to help.
Well, you need fat. All those pictures of emaciated people I've seen would be fucking impossible to make soap out of, not enough fat on them. Soap is basically just oil plus lye plus water emulsified at at certain temperature. Without fat, you don't get oil. I'd be surprised if you could get enough fat from five emaciated people to make a single bar of soap.
Have you ever made soap? If not, that's why it didn't occur to you. It's a simple, ancient process but if you've never done it there's no reason for you to even think about it.
I heard that some organized crime, maybe narcos, used to wrap bodies in barb wire and dump them in a river weighted. When the body finally bloated, it would get cut into pieces by the barb wire so you didn't have a whole body washing up somewhere.
We were having an interesting conversation about pest disposal on the blabs one day and OP of that post linked it awhile back. He's a pretty cool dude who doesn't afraid.
First, the acidification phase is NOT EXOTHERMIC. The BASIFICATION PHASE is. It will also VOLCANO on you if you pour it in too fast.
Adding lye to liquid should be done slowly while stirring otherwise you will boil over caustic sauce on yourself. And it will get HOT quickly. It will hit almost boiling within a minute. So the container will be VERY HOT.
The lid and vent isn't for increased speed. It's for gas control. You should hose it out somewhere safe the fumes are quite harmful and will cause a tear gas like effect.
Adding the acid at the end is solely to neutralize the caustic slop.
A single drop of this can melt thru several layers of your skin. Do not do this without ample protection.
ANY ALUMINUM WILL CREATE HYDROGEN GAS. DO NOT ALLOW ALUMINUM INTO YOUR WORK. YOU WILL FUCKING EXPLODE.
