On average, White people and some East Asians (Japs/Korean) are the only two people that seem to care about littering and keeping things clean. Go to any other country and you will find water bottles, trash, shit, garbage that is thrown everywhere. They do NOT care. Native Americans are a mixed bag, you have some groups that care and others are as bad as any shitskin.
