This is treason by definition in Article III section 3 of the constitution. There can be no doubt that this constitutes 'giving them Aid and Comfort'. We know that there have been known terrorists among border crossers. Any one on a terrorist watch list is again, by definition, an 'Enemy of the USA and it's people'. If the DHS provides aid to even a single terrorist in this way it is 'giving them Aid and Comfort to our Enemies' and is Treason
