I don't know which side most of the footage is from, probably mostly Ukranian. The guy getting his balls cut off is either a POW or one of their own who wouldn't follow orders to go to the front line. They've been having trouble getting people to go to the front since word got out that the average life span in the front is about 8 hours.

I didn’t watch it until the end because I’ve seen enough of this shit but I’m pretty sure from the description that was old footage where the captive was on his hands and knees viewed from the rear and they went in and cut a lot out? That is a traditional bloodletting. Pretty gory to watch. Horrific. But kind of an OK way to die all things considered because the blood comes out so fast.
