The answer is: They are not. You see perhaps 1000x the emigration of these peoples to America, Canada and Europe rather than likewise. With few exceptions, we build and they take and destroy. You cannot have equity when your cognitive reasoning is limiter. Lower IQs. They will never be equal just based on how intellectually stunted they are. It is unfair to the rest if us to have these burdensome parasites unnaturally uplifted.
