In some ways I feel bad. Arresting black people is kind of retard abuse. You can tell there is a fundamental inability to process a situation. Then they completely don't understand why they are being put in cuffs.
She feels like she is being arrested for contempt of cop, but what she doesn't understand is that there is a law pretty much everywhere requiring you to ID yourself if you are operating a vehicle.
I've almost become convinced many blacks have zero connection between their frontal cortex and there physical actions. The frontal cortex in their case observes the actions they do and attempts to explain it to others verbally. For them a frontal cortex is (observation,language), for us it is (observation,language,will,contemplation). They may not actually have will as we would describe it in human terms. This is why they are scared of white people. They know that white people have expectations and that they could get themselves in trouble at any time and they will be powerless except to observe their own stupidity in real time. I think there is a fear mechanism that can get many of them to behave that require real fear and care for them to be placed in a state of applying will. So for them to exist in society it requires actual literal fear and any time they are around white people they are now in society. I don't thinl the "I'm afraid around white people" is entirely bullshit. They have close to no filter. They said it. I think they actually mean it.
BTW in whites the frontal cortex is not involved in all physical action. Ours is a hybrid system. But it is very easy for us to put the frontal cortex in the loop any time we need it. For them it seems there is absolutely no rationality behind what they do and no capacity either.

She knew she was fucked the instant she saw the blue lights. She says she works at a car dealership and was going to register the car there and transfer the title there so she knew the implications of driving an uninsured car on a suspended drivers license. There was also an open container of alcohol in the car and cannabis.
Her entire routine was a last ditch effort to be so obnoxious that she would be left alone. She knew she was going to jail and was going to lose her job. Notice how she is fairly careful to not do anything that could be considered assaulting an officer.This is a good example of a somewhat intelligent person going through a practiced routine that has gotten them out of trouble in highschool.
