I've found its harder to puncture the sidewalls than it is to cut the stems. Women would have a hard time piercing a decent tire. But yes. Go after the car, not the woman. You will get in a lot less trouble and the bitch with suffer the cost of repairs cause she ain't gonna sue anyone.
