Thanks. I really feel much better and happier. I wish someone had told me this years ago.

Even a "based" beer company is for people wasting their money when that money could be going toward their kids' future. And also wasting way too much time. Do you know how long it takes to have a decent night out when sober? Like two hours. That's being very generous. How long are you going to be at the bar? Till 1am? Then how often do you need to have fun while sober? Just every now and again. How often do you need to go have fun if you are an alcoholic? Pretty much every night. How meaningful were your connections with other people when planning out something sober? Hopefully pretty good. How about at the bar? Just another night at the bar. How much money did you spend sober? Like 30-35 for two people. Dinking? Some people are pissing away what is a day's work for some people. What kind of a tredmill are you putting yourself on?

I have one friend trying to quit, but he won't come to hang out if he's not going to drink because he says, "I'm not funny." So basically everyone is accepting a deal where one side is completely losing in every way because they don't have social confidence. Grow some balls to talk to people as yourself and your problem is solved. The white race is choosing to poison itself because we are afraid to talk to each other. Fucking pathetic.

I kinda credit voat and Hitler for my quitting. I saw what I wanted to be and being drunk just did not fit in that picture. Sometimes family members are like “oh just have one drink”, Im like “fuck no, HH \o, weaklings!” I’m so fun at Christmas. ;-P

Mead looks really easy to make. If I still drank I might try it.
