What it really means is that you should be
1. recruiting the incels/basementfags who aren't autistic, but have simply been abandoned by society at large, who have simply failed to see the broader environment changing around them. Recruiting these people is, as they say, "free real estate."
2. The most efficient ways of doing this comes down to the methods used to establish a. cults (religion), b. gangs (economics, militarism), c. social/political movements.
The issue is not the individual psychology, the issue is the demographics. If those are the demographics you insist on recruiting or operating with, then in order to follow through on any of number two, you have to start with a core group of people that operate with some level of discipline, sobriety, and seriousness. The recruitment, training, and incorporation of people necessitates a group capable of doing that, of carrying out such a pipeline, implementing it efficiently, and executing on it thoroughly, a smooth process from identification to indoctrination.
This is the difference between mere mass movements, and political movements. Clear chain of command, separation of responsibilities, limitation of information leakage, public relations, and logistics, all well-oiled, disciplined, and properly scoped to their area and level of operation, where everyone understands their job and is 100% on board.

No, not really. A man must know how to secure food, water, and shelter. That is what is required, so it isn't a "must know".
