Simple White Organization (total FBI)

The idea is to start a NON-VIOLENT organization that focuses on getting Whites jobs over everything. No charge at the start, but if you ask for help, you have to "tithe" your future wages. Accept help at the start and not pay? Completely blacklisted.

I figure 1% of pay is fair. You will all join my cult eventually.
