Draw a line in the sand with management. Let them know the dead weight is more than you are willing to carry. Either you get a raise for covering other people's workload or they replace the nigger with a productive employee. Tell them you are looking for new employment and they have till you find a new job to figure out who is getting replaced. Start by calling your competition and see what they have to offer. A good manager hates loosing a good worker to the company that can take business away from the bosses.
This is horrible advice. Delivering an ultimatum is a direct challenge to your boss, and he will take it as such, and you are a much easier problem to solve.

You're smarter than him, so figure out how to do that and how to play the workplace game better and get him fired.

Use his weakness against him. Let him carry that "respect" attitude to an important customer. Arrange for him to be introduced to an important customer without the nigger knowing exactly who or how important the customer is, then drop a rumor that this customer doesn't like niggers. The customer will do your work for you.
