This nigger faggot will not leave me alone. That's all I want, and for him to do his job. He's one of those morons that's all about "respect". We've gotta show respect for each other man. That's how I be. Except what that really means is he's sensitive as fuck and rude as fuck to other people. I've never met a single person obsessed with respect that actually knows how to respect other people. What am I about? Work. Respect is a garnish. We work, and hopefully there is a small amount of respect there. It doesn't need to be an obsession.

So if I so much as say hi to him not enthusiastically enough he will get in someone's face over it. Like we've had full on shouting matches over it at work where the race card has been pulled. Since then I've paid attention how every one says hi to everyone. It's varied. Do I get in someone's face if they barilly say hi to me. No. If I did I would be immediately fired because that's ridiculous. But it's different standards for people with different skin colors.

Well that's a bit in the past but it sets the context for I'm dealing with now. This nigger will not work. I'm doing literally everything. He's trying to put me in the position where I have to approach him as someone that's already had the race card pulled on and say get to work boy. Every second he's trying to make things difficult and see where the edge is where he can stir up a conflict. So I'm in a rough spot. Either I do all the work, or I start literally treating him like a nigger openly at work and pull out a whip. If he thinks me not being super 100% exited to work with him is racism wait till I start bossing him around more than I already have and start micro-managing everything he does. It's like herding a fucking cat. I'm his "peer". I shouldn't have to do that. But the level above me is retarded as fuck. They see me as someone productive they can ask to do things and with him they aren't even going to bother. Often he's in a part of the building where it's too much work to even walk over there to encourage him to do something. Shits way to fast paced for anyone to think "hmm, maybe I should walk to the other side of this building to ask that guy to do this."

So what can I do? Just stop working? Sit back and relax like him? I'm white. I don't stop moving. I have to be trying to drive some kind of positive outcome every second. It's how I'm wired. I can't do anything different. And I'm already seen as a useful person. If I stand around it's weird. Besides, that sounds like hell if there are things to do.

This company needs to learn to fire people, because I have zero motivation to go into work. I'm practically out the door over a single nigger. Sounds extreme but if every day is turned into a conflict over tiny shit just so we can keep a guy on who treats work like a hangout why bother? Why be excited about it? Since covid we've completely lost that muscle memory for letting someone go over performance. I'm assuming I'm not at the only place where this is happening. So white people everywhere who actually care about their work are paying the nigger tax big time.

Does anyone know what size limit exists for a company to just hire who they actually want? The fact that that question even seems reasonable to ask means were are living in some bizarro communist america. I've gotta start something if only to work with people I want to work with (white people). We shouldn't be required for the sake of providing for ourselves to commingle with them if that isn't who we want to associate with. It's not right that our decency is taken advantage of via us caring about our jobs and sharing those jobs with people who can't inside companies that have basically accepted it.

I just want to pay zero nigger tax. Zero. None. That's precisely the amount I should pay. That's precisely the amount I will pay. I will figure out how to do it.

Draw a line in the sand with management. Let them know the dead weight is more than you are willing to carry. Either you get a raise for covering other people's workload or they replace the nigger with a productive employee. Tell them you are looking for new employment and they have till you find a new job to figure out who is getting replaced. Start by calling your competition and see what they have to offer. A good manager hates loosing a good worker to the company that can take business away from the bosses.

This is horrible advice. Delivering an ultimatum is a direct challenge to your boss, and he will take it as such, and you are a much easier problem to solve.

The manager isn't dealing with the nigger in the same day-to-day way that OP is. His perception of the nigger is going to be entirely different, and running in there saying "him or me" just makes OP look crazy.

If you work for a company where bosses can fire employees based on performance, lobby and get him fired. If that doesn't work, then slow down your work so that it's clear that less is getting done than before they hired him.

If you work for a company where HR and corporate code controls that, then start creating a paper trail that shows that he's a liability. Did he yell at you? Shit, better send an email to HR documenting that this is evidence a hostile work environment. Then do that every time.

You are not his boss. His performance is not something you can control. Firing him is not your job. The only thing you can control is making his failures visible to the bosses above you, so do that. You're smarter than him, so figure out how to do that and how to play the workplace game better and get him fired.

My husband recently broke just tells all of them to get the "fuck back to work, I'm not here to listen to this shit" One woman tried to say something "racial" and he told her to "get the fuck on with it and go" .

Told new guy just hired that he's not holding his hand or babysitting him and even though he told me hes barely doing anything at least he's "working" but now the guy is driving him up the wall because its all "put in a good word for me with the top". Who he fuck talks like that? I almost expected him to say he tapped danced away. Ha.

Im not saying this is the way you should handle it and frankly I think he's going for broke because he hates this job. Also this isnt his first rodeo with the "you know how we do" club, but if the occasion ever arises and they get rid of this one start the new one off with a firm hand.

i feel bad for yall who have to work directly with actual niggers. for some reason my career has been mostly nigger-proof, even spending 10 years in los angeles. the only nigger i’ve ever actually directly worked with was a discount prison rehabilitation nigger that lasted two weeks (late every day, chainsmoking newports) before taking off with some expensive equipment.

Start doing little pranks such as putting tape over the mouse tracker, unplugging phone cables, network cables, etc.

Depending on your line of work, request something small (help with...), as failures mount include CC then carefully BCC. Go 1000% spock on him. All emotions removed everytime. I’m sure it does.
Depending on where you are, I suppose you could always pivot from something like landscaping to snow removal or anything else. Then you could always shed your employees for a month or two while waiting between seasons.

But my general philosophy for this sort of thing is that as much work as possible should be cash anyway, so you can bypass issues like this.

If gets in your face about something says words... Like be respectful.. Rearrange what he says with different words and repeat it back to him, as if asking for clarification. Then ask how you are supposed to do that?

If he seems upset, label it - you seem agitated.

Mirror - if you make someone believe you hold the same ideas they relate to you. He says respect is important... Give him a long drawn out story about someone you (made up) know for whom respect was important and how you believe it is too. Like about a three hour story

Don't say hello sometimes, when he ask why make up some reason like you might have blood sugar issues sometimes. Don't have rules he makes you follow, or pick up slack others leave.

If he sees you as a confidant ask him why he likes or dislikes about the job, point out it's flaws and others that might be better

Every time a company has hired my wife to save them from bankruptcy, the absolute first thing she has done is fire the useless employees who contribute little more than incompetence. By coincidence, it is always black people. Nobody ever has the guts to get rid of them, so she creates huge folders about how worthless they are and dumps it on the desk of Human Resources. The moment the nigger cries "racism," HR merely glances over at the pages upon pages of examples of how retarded they are and ask them how such stupidity is racism before showing them the door. They are usually never hired by the competition in the same kind of role.

For my part, I teach in an area where there are lots of such negroes. Whenever I look at the statistics I've compiled over a term, the highest number of late arrivals and absences comes from the community of eternal victims. People who don't hand in their work also happen to be black. Those who don't understand a thing that you explain to them? Black. Who struggles to do anything more than write their name on the paper? Now, instead of your manager having to solve a nebulous employee conflict, he just needs to buy you some walkie talkies or something.
