SOLON, Ohio -- Crystal Cespedes, a science teacher at Solon High School, died unexpectedly Thursday (April 27), according to an email sent by the school district to families and staff.

The obituary posted Monday (May 1) by the Kindrich-McHugh-Steinbauer Funeral Home, which is handling the arrangements, indicated that Cespedes died in her sleep. She was 40.
