Just FYI they make what are called practice doughs that mimic the weight and feel of pizza dough but are made out of silicone. Dough tossing is a world of it's own, and people take it very serious. You can think of it like flair bartending but for pizza makers. How do I know? I've competed in regional bar Olympics and I also have hand tossed pizza. Bartending is way more fun.
