I think this is the case. I just looked at your votes @TheViciousMrPim and I dont see any instance where you voted twice, same with @SaneGoatiSwear. If a score is 3, and someone votes on it before you refresh, and then you vote on it, the score will increase from 3 to 5. If this isn't the phenomenon your talking about feel free to experiment and post your findings.

Sorry for the late reply. I can’t replicate the results from earlier, so it may be the phenomenon you mention. Hope that helps.

Doesn't work for me. The front end blocks me from voting a second time. I can load the thread in one tab and vote both from the thread and /all. It will not register both votes.

Maybe a troll post? If so pretty good.

No, not a troll. It looks like System fixed it though. There for a little while I could give two votes, either direction, for a thread. I upvoated four threads twice, total, after discovering it. I did cast a couple DVs as testing but then took them back. I didn't abuse it
