Cats are an invasive species in the West and they hunt and kill for fun; not just when they are hungry. They've run dozens of species of bird extinct as well as some other small mammals and even amphibians. Most of the time, they don't eat their kills. They are also less effective at killing pest animals like rats and mice than simple re-usable traps you can buy for $10.
So are Africans, Indians, Pakistan, chinks, Egyptians etcetera. They, and those who bring these people into the West, have done more damage than the cat in its entire existence.

Lol shut up you autistic city dwelling retard. I live in the rolling fields of Europe and for thousands of years cats are used to rid the farms of rodents and pests and they do a good job of it, otherwise we wouldn't have them around. Go play your video games faggot.
thousands of years cats are used to rid the farms of rodents and pests
Then why did humans spend thousands of years inventing different versions of reusable mouse traps most commonly built by hand with materials you would find on a farm?
They do a good job of it
I have a mousetrap that's made of a 5 gallon bucket filled with water, a wooden ramp, and a rotating steel rod that will catch 5+ in a single night. Even before I shot all the stray cats that were roaming around. Maybe the ones around here were just lazy.
Go play your video games faggot
I think you have lots of underlying issues here that I lack the credentials to unpack.
"My back yard is an alfalfa field, try again." Sure it is bud
"Then why did humans spend thousands of years inventing different versions of reusable mouse traps most commonly built by hand with materials you would find on a farm?" Don't know where you get that idea from but not many use mouse traps except city dwelling people that don't have cats in Europe. Some farms don't want their cats running around in their house, they're meant to be outside with the other animals so they may use a mouse trap. Also if there is an infestation because you live in some shithole than they may be used but most just put the cats inside for a few days and nights and all mice are dead soon after.

Stray cats may not catch the mice on your property you faggot. Cats are territorial you absolute muppet and you would know this if you weren't living in an apartment. If you own the cat and acclimatize it to your property it will have a sense of duty to kill all invaders on the property. This is why cats will bring the dead mice to your doorstep but it has to be your cat not a stray cay you dumb fuck.
Sometimes we drown the kittens if there are too many so your little story of shooting cats is laughable. Now shut the fuck up and stop embarrassing yourself with your retardation.
Also clean up your area if you have so many mice, only 3rd world sub humans have mice problems.
You're so stupid you read someone else's comment and attributed it to me. All while raving like some sort of angry cat lady. You sound like you're the city retard if you think "cleaning up the area" is possible to avoid mice issues in rural areas. Haysheds, barns, and garages around here always have mice problems. What are we going to do about it? Keep them out of our hay/corn/pea fields? You're so salty and so angry that you doubt my claim that my backyard is an alfalfa field as if that is some sort of absurdity. Someone who lives on farmland who doesn't believe in cats? That things man-made traps are more effective than animals? Absolutely absurd. Unheard of. I don't know what I was thinking. Geez, when I read my own stories I sound like a tinfoil hat wearing lunatic!
I've only been responding to you so I don't know what you're babbling on about. Fact is cats have been used and are used where I live to kill mice and other rodents and they have been used here for over a thousand years, long before your country was even known about and you had only savages running around there. We don't have a problem with mice where I live because we don't shoot cats or have retarded ideas of what invasive species are. Every single farm here has at least one cat. Sometimes traps are used as well. Stop being a retard and if you can't handle salty then again makes me think you don't do much work.
I'm not the one who talked about shooting cats, retard. Learn to read. Again, you're so stupid you read someone else's comment and attributed it to me.
You must be a schizophrenic imbecile. Your comment: "I have a mousetrap that's made of a 5 gallon bucket filled with water, a wooden ramp, and a rotating steel rod that will catch 5+ in a single night. Even before I shot all the stray cats that were roaming around. Maybe the ones around here were just lazy." Holy fuck shut the fuck up already you stupid motherfucker.
Mind telling what exactly is useful about them? They used to be called ''flying rats''. They crap everywhere and statues have to be regularly cleaned because of them. Domesticated pigeons might be a different story, but I doubt those were meant.
They were used in war to send messages for many centuries. They also have been used to save people at sea. Look it up. But yeah they're still expendable because there's just too many.
