This is why I was laughing my ass off when that shitskin stole that limey cop's van in the UK. I have no respect for cops and honestly don't give a fuck if they killed. Most of the time it's their own fault anyway.
CA is one of the best states to ride motorcycles though. Legal lane splitting and most jurisdiction have a "no chase" policy. That being said dealing with the traffic and all the illegal immigrant licensees really isn't worth it
Fuck lane splitting. Almost took out two retards trying to change lanes. California is also the only place that arbitrarily stops traffic on highways for "congestion".
The roads are great - fun car through the Santa Monica mountains in the middle of the night is a fun time - but the Asian or Mexican morons that can't merge or accelerate outweigh the benefit for me.
Lane splitting is a terrible practice. The population isn't trained on how to react to it. Child motorcyclists often use it as a dick measuring contest to see who can traverse the gap the fastest. Our lane structures aren't designed to accommodate it. It's too sporadic in it's implementation so cultural habits are impossibly slow to form. Until these criticisms are addressed, no responsible rider should engage in the behavior. Even lane filtering is dangerous in the current rage culture. I've seen countless videos of Prius' and Tesla's drivers trying to punish motorcycles, simply for offending their brand perceptions - particularly cruisers.
Stop talking hyperbole then. Lane splitting once traffic is stopped or stop & go is actually much safer for bikes then staying in traffic jams. Lane splitting is only dangerous once traffic is going more then 10-15mph.
It's not just about the rider, it's about the behaviors of every other driver on the road. Almost 20% of all car-motorcycle collisions in California involve lane splitting. Lane splitters are more than 38% more likely to rear end someone else compared to a base rate of 16% for those that don't. There are reasons for that, including the operational density, collective lack of training, and lack of error space. To say nothing of emotional interactions. Lane splitting could eventually lead to a safer all-round experience, but absent the reforms I laid out, it won't.
The population is simply not trained on how to respond to it, and too many riders treat it as an extreme sport, not a safety measure.

Agreed! The coastal highway from at least NewPort Oregon to Santa Cruz is something every rider should do once. Some pretty sweet highways around the east side of mount St Helens to if you find yourself further North.
California is a shithole overrun with low IQ taco niggers, faggots, and back stabbing gooks. I enjoy watching California burn and break, it makes feel all warm and happy inside.

Gorgeous season just started about a week ago, and I'm loving it. Keep it under your hat unless you want even more to move here. You don't have to believe it, just say
"Yeah, California is awful, and I hope at least half of the people here save themselves by moving to some shitho.. Uh, some lesser place."
For the foreigners, California has urban areas (bay area, LA, etc) where you'd be a fool to live, plus wildfire zones and other risky places. Also has areas better than any other part of the US. They are pricey, to keep out the riff-raff, and nignogs are only 2% in this one.
Wow, where are you finding that deal?? Kidding, but that would be $2,000,000 below market value on a beach cliff location. Mainly what you're buying here is the location, with a smaller percentage being the square footage of the house, and its quality. A tiny lot with a less than 330 sqft house went for over a million, and that was 3 blocks from the beach.
A while back, I bought 20 acres of redwoods and meadows with an 1800 sqft house, on a mountain top with distant ocean views. Private gravel road and 20 minutes into civilization. Just under $400K.
Home prices are as affected by proximity to the beach as the weather. Go inland a mile and temperature extremes begin ramping up, as the prices fall.
Arson, lightening, sparks, stupidity, carelessness. It doesn't rain for 8 months, and inland temperatures go up to 100. Many areas are the proverbial tinderbox.
Guidelines are published for defending a home in a wildfire zone, but everyone ignores them. Then they die in a fire.
Mudslides are another one. Just went out and looked at one today, where the guy lost 15 feet of his back yard. His neighbors back yard slide down the hill, crossed a road, and wrecked the house in its path. From the heavy rains we had a few weeks ago.
There's plenty of wind in a forest to keep the trees and underlying brush relatively cool. If you look at pictures and videos of unmolested forest, you see all sorts of natural debris on the ground: fallen leaves, branches, moss, various plants, whole trees, etc. There's a guy whose name I forgot that runs a YouTube channel called Return to Eden or something like that, where he explains that wood chips and other natural material makes the best fertilizer, only needing fresh manufactured fertilizer once a year or so. The wood chips, leaves, twigs and everything protects the soil underneath, keeping in moisture and nutrients. I don't believe anymore that forest fires just "naturally" happen. Fuel needs to be sufficiently dry to burn.
The wind in the forest acts like a hair dryer on high, and dries out the forest even more. There's no moisture, and hasn't been any for months. The level of dryness is: Bone-dry.

I would love to live in the bounty off the West that is California. If those beautiful coastal redwoods were accompanied by the respect of fellow man and passion for God and America, I would be there.
Unfortunately, I don't agree with the regional politics, people, or leadership.
Your username indicates you respect free speech but abhorant of your fellow man. Sounds like you belong in California.
Show video to judge, cop looks dumb. Some people don't believe it, but judges hate when cops are dumb and waste their time with this shit when it's on video. Had a similar thing happen when a cop said I ran a red light. He wrote me a ticket but I said I had a video. He said, can I see the video, I said no, it has to be on a computer. He never submitted the ticket, and I never got anything in the mail.
I saw a video where a kid was being harassed and he said he has video and the video is on a secure server. They can't access a secure server and can't delete the evidence.
So be sure to video and have it access the internet and upload to a server while streaming.
It takes a little more effort on your part and some services will cost some money. That is if you can't run your own server (which also can cost some money but your better off with your own server). You can stream to twitch or youtube or dlive or something like that also but remember they can reject videos with music in them or other things so it's not the safest way to backup to a server.
I'm guessing there are tutorials online on setting up your own server and there's products you can buy online to help you do this.
I’ve never tried this. Sounds a bit clumsy at a moments notice to quickly try opening YouTube and getting a stream going. Especially in less then stellar reception? My city has more then a few dead zones.
I've said it to friends. Cops are getting closer to pulling over just for attitude. You accelerate to fast even though there is no law behind it, they think it is hostile.
Fuck the zogbots. They all masturbate together for rituals.
If you have evidence and the officers request to see it. Be sure to upload it somewhere they can't access BEFORE UNLOCKING THE DEVICE.
Had a friend who unlocked it in front of the cops before. They seized the phone out of his hand and proceeded to delete any incriminating videos of their conduct. They then threw him in jail for the night during their little power trip. Police are not your friends, and most of them will gladly throw you under the bus if it can advance their careers
Not specifically low-hanging fruit; there's no way he could've caught up to those others. So he was probably raging mad, and spotted someone he could take it out on.
