If I had to guess the race, I'd bet we are going to own this one.
I say it's a drug addled white, between 18-25, with poor upbringing. Sounds to me like a punk with a chip on his shoulder thought it would be funny to drive around throwing rocks at random shit and accidentally killed a woman.
