An unpopular view, which I think is very likely to be the case, is that American blacks are actualy worse than almost all Africans due to their average 20% European admixture. The thing is, there is no "European," and they are by and large mixed with the majority white population who lives in the south - notably Scots/Irish. This is a European group noted for aggressive, hotheadedness. When combined with the African DNA it produces an even worse black person than you typically find in Africa. I think the same thing is going on in the Central and South American countries where you see high rates of violence. People in those regions have a wide genetic variation but you'll find a decent contribution of particular Amerind group and also African. It is those groups that produce the high murder rates. People often forget that there is a lot of variance within Amerind populations and some are much more violent than others, which is reflected in the regional variance in homicides/etc you find in that part of the world.

If were were allowed to collect real data on anyone who does certain crimes we'd be able to very quickly identify which backgrounds were the problem. What I'd expect to find is that within the White American population, certain genetic indicators have much higher rates of various crimes than others. This is the kind of data that exists and is currently hidden by our Globohomo rulers in both government and corporate worlds. I believe it is inevitable that this data hits the public, and that a dramatic change in society will result from what amounts to the truth being revealed.
