Would it be a good idea to limit the amount of time before a user can post adult content using points?

For instance:

The user would need to post non-adult content and gain enough positive points before they can post adult content. Otherwise they get banned. Time shouldn't be a factor it needs to be using positive points. A troll could make an account and wait the amount of time before posting. People who make alts never stop making them. They are parasites.

I don't know if this is a good idea or not. I'm talking about porn. Some troll just posted porn for it's first post ever after being a member for two seconds. Maybe it's a bad idea? I don't know. I'm just thinking of how to combat the trolls. I did block the user but even when I do that their posts still show up so it's still a nuisance.

It's not a hard thing to code and the code doesn't usually need any maintaining if you code it right.

The difference would be the the troll would have to spend time posting good content that gets upvoated before ever being able to post the bad 'troll content' and if they do post the 'troll content' they get booted automagically by the code or the NSFW post could simply be "rejected". This time and effort it would take would serve to deter the troll. You can get a list of porn websites that can be blocked to new users and even have a adult content detection code that can work alongside it.

You could maintain it all manually. Ban users when they break the rule but it could get really ugly fast with one tech savy troll.

You can get lists online that websites use and combine lists. Some are not current. It's like anti-virus software. You have to combine and add new sites all the time to keep up but that usually means downloading a .txt file and putting it in a directory on the server.

I could code it in 20 minutes. Maintaining it is a no brainer... I don't even think you know what maintaining it even means. Please explain what maintaining 'code' that you write means.
