This guy was literally one of John McCain's pallbearers and worked in openly subversive US-state department funded NGO's for decades. He was put on trial partly for going to the State House of Arizona and giving a speech saying Russia bombed hospitals and schools and other easily-disproven bullshit being peddled by the NATO shills.
