I would have to say Baltimore. Detroit is already dead. Baltimore is crashing fast. I read years ago ( as a young boy) that the venereal disease capital of the nation was Baltimore. I was thinking as a naive kid that Maryland was full of nice white families and I was perplexed in my young mind about that fact. It was years later when I can to understand what happened to Maryland from the explosive black population. THen everything made sense in my naive brain. Many bottles of red pills later and ... my kidneys are virulent white.
