What's Wrong with those idiots! Do they want the poor croc to STARVE!
Crocs need to eat too you know!
People like that disgust me. They Know that crocs catch and eat antelope, and they're okay with it. They just don't want to See it happen. Lilly livered faggets!

I heard the one faggot say "yeah, distract him!"

Fucking bitch, I bet he still loves grilling burgers on the weekend though! As long as he doesn't have to do the slaughtering!

He'll die once the SHTF.

That couple seconds where the crock got confused and swam the wrong direction saved the antelopes life.

Also, holy shit that crock is fast in the water.

Average croc swim speed is 15-20 mph

Pro swimmers hit 8 mph.

It's fun to tell people how fast a dog can run. They see this 80lb dopey, tail-wagging pup begging for attention and they just don't believe it.

A Labrador can hit 30mph, the fastest "human" hit 23mph. And you know the average American can barely do 10mph, so it's funny to actually see when my dog haul's ass around the park/yard. Watching those little furbags zoom around the dog park chasing each other is a daily reminder of how slow we actually are.

But then again, you have to watch out for a dog overheating from walking too long. So there's the one thing humans have (other than brains) over other animals. Heat dissipation, allowing us to run for a very long time.

Yeah... also crocs and gators aren't built for long distance, but the slowest croc swims at two times the speed of the fastest human swimmers.

They don't need long distance at that point. Same as the dog, long distance isn't a factor when the creature chasing you is many times faster than their target.

Is that Australia? It looks not so different from Florida.

I think it is Africa. I couldn't find any info. We don't have antelope.

Neither do we, and our corcs are the big, saltwater variety.

[ - ] Her0n 1 point 1 yearApr 12, 2023 10:06:42 ago (+1/-0)

They'd still outswim us by at least double the speed.

You're not wrong, I'm just saying we don't have nile Crocs in Florida. Yeah, they're fucking dangerous creatures to be around.

[ - ] Her0n 0 points 1 yearApr 12, 2023 23:21:19 ago (+0/-0)

It would still outswim and kill you easily. That's all I'm saying now.

Initially I was only impressed with gator/croc swim speed compared to ours. I knew it was much faster, but to think or a Nile croc that's 14 feet long going 22mph after me is something I'd never want to experience.
