Can we ban troll alt accounts here?

I have noticed that this place is full of troll alt accounts. They contribute nothing and only post spam insulting others and other utter nonsense. I don't know if it's just one troll with many alt accounts, or if there are more trolls with respective alt accounts. The troll i_scream_trucks is the most active recently, always creating demented drama. This kind of puerile behavior belongs to teens or autistic incels.

@System can you ban obvious alt accounts who contribute nothing and only spam this place?

It's enough to check their short posting history.

You can block people. There's a button for it in the sidebar of their profile.

But that sort of "anti-content" does drag the quality of a site down, especially one that has so little legitimate traffic. It's a vicious cycle, too. Prospective new users obviously won't have any of it blocked and so it will discourage them from joining or contributing.

Not sure banning over something as subjective as trolling is a good solution though. Admins playing god with their banhammer is how you end up with places like poal.
