I needed a break from my other project and improving this place has been long overdue. I'm also using a php formatter and visual studio intellisense now, so I can actually make sense of the code.

Also can you add a feature when you click the back button it goes back to the subject you clicked on the main page instead of the top of the list?

OK, I see some issues.

If you look at comment 11 on the chain below, there should be a comment reply from BigGuyFromQueens.

I can see it in my comment-reply notifications and go to the link for that comment but I can't see it in this thread.

Also, the reply button seems to get disabled after returning, and needs a page refresh to work again.

Another thing is that if I delete the root comment it now appears to hide the entire chain instead of leaving a placeholder that states [deleted] like it did before. Is this an intended change?
