Video game addiction is a real thing and how much time spent doing it is ok is debatable, but 3 hours of video games won't wreck my liver and give me a hangover. 3 hrs of video games in a week will have almost no effect on most people's lives. If it is strictly 3 hrs. I find that interchangeable w 3hrs of reading fiction.

If you went through your week going to work and then taking care of personal responsibilities and then on Sunday night spent 3hrs jumping on Goombas I don't think it's actually going to cripple you.

Like any vice, the key is in moderation. If it starts to take time away from your normal duties, including those like taking time to play with your children/wife, then it's too much.

However, you cannot be an always-on automaton that never takes a break from work. And so, do not catastrophize things like a kike, seek balance and moderation in your life.

The one key part about online public squares, it that they aren't physical. There's a limit to the size, and complexity, that a physical public square can handle. This limits the number of interactions, making each one far more valuable. It also limits the people who can feasibly attend said square to locals and those nearby.

That and there's the threat of violence whenever some kike tries to shimmy up to a man to spew his poison.

Good on you. I had the opportunity to buy cheap, flat land a few years ago and the decision not to was one of the worst I ever made. It was a blow to my psyche. I didn't realize it at the time, but I chose not to go to the next stage/level of my life and instead slid back into bad habits and a depressive lifestyle. I am working to move forward in other ways, but the loss of that land still gets to me.
